At NujoomApps, we are committed to delivering high-quality software and mobile applications. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee to give you peace of mind when purchasing from us.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The software/app was purchased directly from our official website, authorized app store listing, or an official partner.
- The software/app has not been used in violation of our End User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service.
- The reason for the refund falls under one of the acceptable grounds listed below.
2. Acceptable Grounds for Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The software/app did not function as described, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- The user accidentally purchased the wrong product and contacts us promptly.
- The app crashes consistently or fails to install/run on a supported device, despite reasonable troubleshooting.
- Duplicate purchase (i.e., two purchases made unintentionally for the same product).
- In-app purchases were not delivered or failed, and were not resolved within a reasonable time.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the software/app.
- Incompatibility with your device or system that is not listed in our system requirements.
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired.
- Purchases made through third-party resellers or stores not under our control (please refer to their refund policies).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at moizbadri@gmail.com with your purchase details (order ID, product name, date of purchase).
- Describe the issue and why you’re requesting a refund.
- Include any relevant screenshots or error messages.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
- If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- If your purchase was made via Google Play, Apple App Store, or other third-party platforms, refunds will be processed through those respective platforms according to their refund policies.
5. Revocation of Access
Once a refund is processed:
- Your license or access to the software/app will be revoked.
- You are required to uninstall and delete the software/app from all your devices.
- You must cease using the product immediately.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
