Solving ??? error in Windows Vista and Windows 7

1. Go to Control Panel
2. Open Regional and Language
3. Go to Adminitrative Tab
4. Click the “Change system locale” button
5. Choose Arabic (Saudi Arabia) from the drop-down list.

Click OK, your system will restart and the problem will be solved inshallah.
