Al Kanz Fonts with its variant of Kanz al-Marjaan are compatible with Windows 10, Office 2013, Office 2016 and all the versions before it with perfect backward compatibility.
And also with Linux and Mac OS X.
These fonts also work perfectly with Photoshop CC, Corel Draw(all versions), Indesign CC, Publisher and all DTP Programs. They also support the Unicode method and the old double key press method for the documents which are typed in old Al-Fatemi fonts. They solve the problem of Al-Fatemi fonts not displaying correctly in newer versions of Windows 10 and Office 2016.

This is working very well on my windows 10 laptop, though I have not been able to install either on my Chromebook Plus, or Note 8 phone — yet.

Al Kanz fonts are no longer supported in Android devices owing to the latest update in Android systems which blocks any third party custom fonts. We are keeping an eye. As soon as there is any workaround for the issue we will relaunch the Fonts.

Samsung in its latest update has revoked the option to install custom fonts. We are looking for a solution and if we find one we will release the fonts compatible with Android InShaAllah.

How do you write the letter “ٹ” ?
I have not been able to find it in the Al-Kanz map of characters.
However, I can copy and paste from the web; but the character that is displayed does not attached to the surrounding arabic letters.

Salaam …. Al-kanz & Kanz al Marjan fonts are not supporting on Microsoft Office 2013-2019, only working on Office 2010

Shukran for all the amazing work. I installed the font but only the numbers show up as intended. The alphabets still appear in English. What am I missing?

English alphabet typing is not related to fonts
it is related to the keyboard. Please change the language of your keyboard to type arabic.

I have installed the font on Windows 10 laptop and I am using Office 2019. The alphabets are appearing correctly however, they are not merging when using lisan ud dawat special characters like Cha, Ey, PA etc,
